We don't cut picture to stock or licensed music - we cut the story, then write original score to support it. We feel it makes for far better film, and also means you're not in for hefty licensing cost, or risk finding your project sounds a whole lot like somebody else's with the exact same stock music track underneath. We've seen it happen, even with large institutional clients. There's no picture lock in our studio - just a constant dance between picture and sound design until we're happy.
